Kaptans at Pension Grimus is a favourite of Mt Buller regulars who return to enjoy the delicious regional cuisine and Austrian specialties. Select from dishes prepared with Buxton trout, Hopkins River beef, Yarra Valley venison or the Wiener Schnitzel using only succulent bobbie veal and finish with cheeses from the King Valley & Milawa regions. A must is the signature dessert – the famous Salzburger Nockerl - a huge hazelnut and chocolate chip soufflé served with hot chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream and berries.
