The Mt Buller “Ski Guarantee” provides a money back guarantee on all prepaid accommodation, lift ticket, rental and lesson packages in the event that insufficient snow cover prevents the “Ski Guarantee” lifts from operating for skiing within three days of the scheduled arrival date.   “Ski Guarantee” lifts comprise – Blue Bullet Quad Chair, Holden Express and TWO of the any of the following lifts for intermediates: Summit, Wombat, Koflers T-Bar, Emirates, Chamois, Burnt Hut.  The following exclusions apply.  Lift closure due to weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, equipment failure, retail tickets purchased from  mountain sales offices. 

Should the ‘Ski Guarantee” be in force three days prior to the scheduled arrival date, and guests decide not to come to the resort, written notification must be received by the booking agent, travel agent or Hotel Pension Grimus (if booked direct) within this period in order to receive a refund.  Refunds are only issued by the booking agent, travel agent or Hotel Pension Grimus (if booked direct).  Any pre-paid vouchers issued must be returned to the booking agent.  Note that third party booking agents and travel agents may deduct a handling fee.  Travel agent booking fees or commissions payable are not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE:

Apartment reservations require a Security Bond of $750 payable on arrival at the hotel either by credit card or cash.    Persons booking accommodation are responsible for any loss or damage to it. The bond is additional to the cost of the reservation and is fully refundable 7-10 days after departure providing the property is left in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition. Keys will not be issued until the Security Bond is processed.
Apartments - Kitchens:
Full kitchens are available for the use of guests in all apartments. However, kitchens are not serviced and it is the responsibility of the guests if they decide to use the kitchen, to leave it as it was found or a cleaning charge of $300.00 will be incurred
